Piloted by Broyer, one of the several versions of Solaris Knight-class Gears used by the Solaris special forces group called Gebler. It sports two massive piledrivers, one on each arm, which it uses to cause the Armor Loss status, allowing it to inflict increased damage on subsequent turns.
