Alice, known as Aruru (アルル, aruru) in the Japanese version, is a young woman from Lahan Village and Dan's older sister.
Biography[]
Her parents died when she was young and she was raised by her aunt and uncle.
She is engaged to marry Timothy, another Lahan citizen and Fei Fong Wong's best friend. However, she wonders what would have happened if Fei came to Lahan sooner and they had the chance to forge a stronger relationship between the two of them -- she might have married Fei instead.

Alice's death.
When Gebler and Kislev Gears appear and trade fire in Lahan, turning the town into a war zone, Fei and Citan run in to find Alice and Timothy looking for Dan. After Citan and Fei assure the couple that they will look for Dan and any other villagers who haven't evacuated, Alice and Timothy reluctantly leave.
After Fei discovers a strange Gear and uses it to try to defend the village, Timothy comes back into the village, and is brutally shot by one of the attacking Gears.
Seeing his best friend of three years murdered in front of his eyes, Fei mentally snaps and briefly morphs into Id. This causes Id to destroy the village, killing a nearby Alice.
Dan blamed Fei for Alice's death, but eventually forgave him after learning the truth of Id.
