Curry is a recurring dish in the series.
In Episode I, Shion Uzuki made curry for the passengers and crew of the Elsa on the first night of their journey to Second Miltia. Everyone onboard thought that it was wonderfully prepared.
In Episode II, Boss serves it at Moby Dick's Café on Second Miltia.
In Episode III, Allen Ridgeley prepares "curry gruel" for Shion when she falls ill. This rice gruel uses Shion's homemade curry as its soup base and has been prepared with plenty of Allen's tender affection, but its flavor cannot be guaranteed.
