Julius was the Patriarch of the Ormus Society/the Immigrant Fleet during Xenosaga: Pied Piper. He is said to be an ancestor of the Sergius XVII who appears in Xenosaga Episode II. He is working to establish peace between the Immigrant Fleet and the Galaxy Federation. He is killed near the end of Pied Piper's second chapter by Voyager.
